Lorena Lorena Johnson, PA-C, MPAS, is a board-certified physician assistant with over two decades of experience in patient care, specializing in cardiology, gastroenterology, pulmonary medicine, and urgent care. She brings her deep clinical expertise and commitment to patient-centered care to the SpineOne team, helping patients find relief from back, neck, and joint pain through personalized, evidence-based treatment strategies.
Lorena holds a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Iowa and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Medicine in Bucharest, Romania. She has served in a wide variety of clinical roles—from academic medicine and specialty gastroenterology at the University of Colorado to urgent and post-acute care in Indiana—earning a reputation for thoughtful clinical judgment, advanced procedural skills, and an empathetic bedside manner.
Lorena’s passion for medical education and community service also reflects SpineOne’s values of compassion, excellence, and patient empowerment. She has mentored future healthcare professionals as a preceptor and has volunteered in underserved communities, always striving to expand access to high-quality care.
