With a strong foundation in acute and chronic pain management, he brings a wealth of knowledge in diagnosing and treating a wide range of pain-related conditions. His clinical expertise, combined with a patient-centered approach, allows him to develop comprehensive treatment plans that prioritize pain relief, function restoration, and overall well-being.
Mendel earned his Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University, graduating with honors in 1996. Throughout his career, he has worked in high-pressure emergency and urgent care settings, where he has honed his skills in advanced procedures, critical decision-making, and multidisciplinary collaboration. His proficiency in wound care, musculoskeletal injury management, and procedural interventions—such as suturing, abscess drainage, and foreign body removal—equips him with the necessary expertise to provide effective pain management solutions.
