Mr. Green served as the President and CEO of United Medical Systems (UMS) a leader in the Urology Services space.  Prior to UMS, Mr. Green served as the Chief Operating Officer of Alliance Spine and Pain Centers, one of the largest Interventional Pain Management practices in the country.  In addition to time spent at Envision Physician Services as the Senior Vice-President of Anesthesia Operations, Mr. Green was also a Division Vice President at DaVita Healthcare, the leading Kidney Care provider in the world.
